At AreULiving NPO, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve ownership and independence. Our mission is to promote affordable housing by providing secure, comfortable, and cost-effective housing solutions to individuals and families facing housing challenges. Through a compassionate and empowering approach, we strive to create a community that offers not just shelter but also the support needed to rebuild lives.
We are dedicated to combating homelessness, unmanageable rental costs, and the lack of affordable housing opportunities. By facilitating ownership avenues regardless of credit scores and offering financing options that allow for mortgage payments at 18% or less of total monthly income, we empower individuals on their path to homeownership.
